These terms govern your use of Odin Dealer ("the Service"), operated by Caffeinate Digital Pty Ltd, a company registered in Western Australia.
Odin Dealer is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for automotive dealership customer relationship management. Access is provided to subscribed dealerships through their own subdomain.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, ensuring your team's compliance with these terms, and the accuracy of data entered into the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited marketing in breach of the Spam Act 2003, store data unlawfully, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. Caffeinate Digital acts as a data processor and will not access tenant data except for legitimate support, debugging, or legal compliance purposes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages may occur and will be communicated where possible.
Either party may terminate service with reasonable notice. On termination, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.
